  Worst experience ever when purchasing a car. If I could give it no stars I definitely would!! The sales team were brilliant when wanting to sell the car. And we paid the £1000 deposit and off we went hoping to pick the car up 2 days later. on going to collect the car they wanted an extra £250 saying that they had made a mistake. That gave them 2 days for them to contact us to say that they had under charged us by £250. However they didn't what they did do was change all the paper work. Adding the £250. And all the invoices adding £250. It wasn't the fact that is was an extra £250. It was the deceit that they changed all the paper work and didn't give us any prior notice. It was a very annoying experience as they were very arrogant and adamant that we were in the wrong! When in fact they were!!! They did say they would refund us the deposit. And guess what 4 working days later. They haven't!!! When ringing them up to try to figure out where the £1000 they were very rude over the phone with one member of staff asking me "if I was getting funny with him" because of the tone of voice I used with him. This is not a professional company in any shape or form. We now need to search elsewhere for a car and we are still £1000 short. It has been one the worst experiences for us ever. And I hope that none of you expirience the bad customer service that we experienced.
